01 / SELECTIVE COMMISSION PROCESS
Apex Development operates as a boutique structural design and assembly firm. We accept a maximum of three major commissions globally per fiscal year to ensure full BIM and engineering priority.
02 / INTELLECTUAL DRAWINGS PROPERTY
All generative twins, coordinate files, FEA wind shear stress tests, and blueprint drafts created by Apex Development remain our exclusive intellectual property until official project handover, at which point drawing licenses transfer according to specific contract briefs.
03 / ACCURACY AND LASER TOLERANCES
Our engineers perform digital twin scans on site to guarantee a millimeter variance compliance. Contractors must utilize matching BIM tools. We do not assume liability for assembly deviations introduced by external local construction crews.
